Plant Information and Corrections

If you believe a plant profile contains an incorrect scientific name, classification, native range, identification, cultivation detail, or other factual error, please send us the following:

  • the page URL in question
  • information you believe should be changed
  • your suggested correction
  • a credible botanical, scientific, university, government, or horticultural source

Taxonomy and botanical classifications change frequently believe it or not. So conflicting information between sources is reviewed before existing database records are changed on the website.

 

Missing Plants

If there is a xerophyte, succulent, cactus, species, cultivar, hybrid, or plant group you believe should be included in the database, feel free to suggest it. Suggestions help determine which areas of the database should be expanded next. And without feedback from our community, we couldn’t be the largest source for succulents online.

 

Images and Attribution

Photographers, copyright holders, organizations, or original sources can contact us regarding image credits, attribution, licensing, links, corrections, or removal requests. Please include the page URL and enough information to identify the image.
